1. Eligibility for Returns:
   You are permitted to return goods purchased from Ambition Kids under the following circumstances:
     (a) You received a faulty or defective product.
     (b) You received a product that is different from what you ordered.
     (c) You received a product that appears different from its description.

2. Unboxing Video Requirement:
   For any faulty delivery complaint or request for return or refund (e.g., stolen product from the package, damaged product, empty package), it is mandatory to provide an unboxing video of the package. Complaints without a video will not be entertained.

3. Non-Returnable Products:
   Certain items cannot be returned, including:
    (a) Items that have been used, worn, washed, or soiled.
    (b) Custom made products.
    (c) Products ordered during sale or discounts.

4. Conditions for Returning Products:
   The products must be returned:
    (a) In their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
    (b) Unsoiled and unused.

5. Refund Eligibility:

   Disputes registered after 3 days of delivery will be entertained at the discretion of Ambition Kids.
   The product must be sent back to us within 7 days of initiating the dispute.

6. Cancellation Policy:
   (a) Orders cannot be canceled after 12 hours of placement.
   (b) Customized orders cannot be canceled.
   (c) If the product has not been dispatched, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
